Customization

Step 1

Submit an inquiry using our form. This will start the ordering process.

We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible via our F&F email.

Step 2

Once we've coordinated, we'll get underway with your order.

To start your custom order, 50% of the price of the item is required upfront via our payments page.

Step 3

Via the shipping details you provided in the inquiry form, we'll ship your order.

Once the order is complete, you will be prompted to pay the remaining amount.

  • Why is partial payment required?
    Partial payment is required to instill mutual commitment between F&F and our customers. Customizing our pieces, across both bags and rocks, requires time and precision. Thank you for understanding.
  • Can F&F bags be washed?
    If your bag needs a scrub, we suggest careful hand-washing, and avoiding the acrylic paint where possible.
  • What is the expected turnaround time for a custom order?
    To account for customization and processing, turnaround time is usually anywhere from 2-3 weeks, depending on the shipping country.
  • Can I get a refund or exchange my purchase?
    As most of our bags are custom jobs, we do not usually offer a refund. If there are issues with your bag, please feel free to email us at fatherandfinn@gmail.com.
