What is the expected turnaround time for a custom order?
To account for customization and processing, turnaround time is about two weeks, depending on the shipping country.
Once I submit an inquiry, what's next?
After you submit an inquiry, our team will reach out to discuss the details of your custom order. Once we've finalized the specifications together, you'll be prompted to make a payment — and we'll begin working on your order!
Can I get a refund or exchange my purchase?
Since all of our bags are custom jobs, we do not usually offer a refund. If there are issues with your bag, please feel free to email us at fatherandfinn@gmail.com.
Can F&F bags be washed?
If your bag needs a scrub, we suggest careful hand-washing, and avoiding the acrylic paint where possible.
